“Aqui deixo o meu testemunho: Eram 22:45 quando senti a primeira onda, virei-me para o H e avisei que tinha chegado a hora. As 00h00 já tinha ondas a cada 7 min e as 00:20 rebentaram as águas.

A 1:30 já tinha ondas a cada 3 min e no meio de tanta pergunta e aplicação de medicamentos, dei por mim a não conseguir sequer sair do semáforo vermelho.
Ficou tão intenso que esqueci-me completamente que queria usar o gás e o H ficou parvo quando enviei SMS a dizer que tinha levado epidural, era algo que eu sempre disse desde o início que seria último recurs壯陽藥o. As 6h já tinha a dilatação completa. Fiquei tão “desapontada” comigo.
Queria mesmo estar plenamente consciente do meu parto e a enfermeira sugeriu esperarmos o efeito passar porque ainda havia tempo e ele não tinha descido. Assim fizemos.
Consegui controlar através da respiração as dores que ainda ia sentido e quando se deu a expulsão eu estava ciente de tudo o que se passava com o meu corpo. Tive um período expulsivo super rápido (para espanto da enfermeira) e sem qualquer dano do períneo pois sentia e ouvia o meu corpo sobre quando fazer ou não força. A ajuda da enfermeira foi fundamental neste ensinamento também.
As 10h da manhã já tinha o meu rapagão de 51,2cm e 3,660kg nos braços a gritar em plenos pulmões. Já no pós parto as técnicas aprendidas também estão a ser fundamentais quer no desconforto de dar maminha, quer na contração do útero. Está tudo a correr tão bem e estamos muito apaixonados cá por casa.
