Acompanhei-a, ela no Brasil e eu em Portugal, e este foi o resultado desta viagem maravilhosa que culminou no nascimento da Helena. Tínhamos um grupo no whatsapp sobre o parto, com todas as enfermeiras e parteiras, incluindo aquelas médicas que me abandonaram com 38 semanas e 6 dias. Assim que postamos que a bolsa tinha estourado elas começaram a sair do grupo. Muito deselegante, mas você tinha razão, depois descobri que foi um livramento apenas para confiar mais em mim mesma.
A minha doula deve ter chegado umas 23:00 e continuávamos a acompanhar as contrações, eu já estava na “partolândia” como falam
Eu estava exausta, parecia uma maratona, é muito cansativo. Mas devo te dizer que as respirações ascendentes foram ESSENCIAIS, foi tudo que me ajudou, eu não pedi anestesia, usei no máximo algumas gotas de óleo essencial de yang-yang.
Sem as respirações acho difícil qualquer uma tolerar a dor, a oxigenação fez tanta diferença que quando eu errava para responder alguém ou pedir água, a dor era muito maior e eu corria para retomar o ritmo.
A bolsa estourou às 21:00, Helena nasceu às 02:22
Como você uma vez sugeriu “escolha um mantra entre as ondas de amor, algo que faça você rececioná-las e não temê-las”
Eu escolhi este “Venham ondas, venham todas de uma vez, não me enrolem não que eu quero ver, eu quero conhecer minha filha”
Eu só foquei nisso, respirar e pensar no mantra. Foi o que eu acho que fez andar super rápido, falaram que meu parto foi “à jato”.
Apenas nos últimos 60 min que rolou um desespero da minha parte, achei que pudesse estar fazendo algo errado.
Mas no fim deu certo, a ideia do “círculo de fogo” me ajudou a superar a dor da ardência.
Devo dizer que do seu curso talvez o expulsivo tenha sido o que menos estudei e isso explica meu desespero no final. Deveria ter me concentrado melhor na respiração Descendente. A meditação no final não funcionou muito, eu não queria nada que me atrapalhasse na concentração das respirações. De resto, acho que seu curso e minhas suplementações vitamínicas fiz犀利士 eram a grande diferença no meu preparo.
Estar cercado de profissionais competentes é importante, mas o parto como você uma vez disse, é feito pela mãe e a criança. Sem minha dedicação pessoal nesses ensinamentos seria difícil superar a geração de cesárias da minha família, as médicas irresponsáveis e todo um contingente de adversidades.
