Entrei no bloco, como a Cesariana agendada, e tive uma crise de ansiedade que durou 10 segundos. Porque, assim que comecei a sentir o pânico a instalar-se comecei a lembrar-me logo de tudo o que aprendi de forma flash e o meu marido disse-me logo: “amor, lembra-te dos áudios da Maria. 4,8… 4,8”.
E assim comecei a controlar a emoção. Pedi a obstetra que assim que começasse a fazer o corte para me avisar porque iria precisar de me conectar com o meu bebé, e assim foi. Comecei a conectar-me com o meu bebé e a dizer-lhe tudo o que estava a acontecer (apesar de não estar a sentir), o meu bebé nasceu!
Nasceu logo a chorar, de olhos bem abertos e com os braços abertos para abraçar o mundo e aquele que ia ser o maior porto de abrigo dele: o meu colo!
Assim que baixaram o pano para eu o ver caiu-me o mundo, caiu-me tudo e foi a primeira vez que eu e o meu filho olhamos olhos nos olhos um do outro e que sensação mágica e inexplicável foi esta! Puseram o meu menino no meu colo e em questão de segundos ele deixou de chorar e agarrou-se a mim e ao dedo do pai! Sentiu-nos pela primeira vez e nos sentimo-lo a ele!
Tenho-lhe a dizer uma coisa: não me sinto menos mãe por ter tido o meu filho de cesariana, antes pelo contrário, sinto-me a mãe mais completa, mais realizada e mais feliz do mundo!
Obrigada por nos ter ajudado a controlar todos os nossos medos, todos os nossos receios e obrigada por me ter ajudado a que eu não considerasse a intervenção toda uma intervenção traumática. Todos no bloco respeitaram a minha vontade e sobretudo respeitaram a minha hipnose nos 40 minutos que durou a intervenç壯陽藥 ão.
