“Faz hoje três semanas da experiência mais incrível que vivenciei e que nunca imaginei viver!
Passo a resumir-lhe muito rapidamente o trabalho de parto e parto que vivi: pelas 2h30 acordei com as primeiras contrações dolorosas depois de, ao deitar, ter finalmente colocado no telemóvel (como me tinha sugerido) algumas das músicas que me dizem alguma coisa e que já não ouvia há algum tempo; entre essa hora e as 6h estive a ouvi-las; as contrações não tinham um intervalo certo mas variavam entre 25min e 15min; entre as 6h e as 8h adormeci, estava cansada por ter dormido pouco; levantei-me com algum desconforto, convencida que seria esse o dia, mas não tão cedo, “lá para o final do dia” – pensava eu.
Por isso tranquilamente tomei o pequeno almoço e pelas 8h30 comecei a registar as contrações que surgiram mais fortes e menos intervaladas. Por essa hora, acordei, tomei o pequeno e oferecemos ao pai os presentes do dia do pai.
Pelas 9h30 escrevi os últimos e-mails de trabalho para que tudo ficasse tratado e avisei o pai que teríamos de ir para a maternidade.
Por volta das 9h45 avisei-a e o pai levou as malas para o carro, quando chegou junto de mim, achou que já não teria condições de me levar em segurança e ligou para o 112
Os bombeiros chegaram cerca das 10h20 com a intenção de me levar à maternidade mas já não havia tempo.
A bolsa rompeu nessa altura e três puxos depois a Mimi estava connosco! Foi surreal e maravilhoso, uma experiência empoderadora e de puro amor. Tudo fez sentido e tudo correu bem. Graças a Deus.
Lembro-me do primeiro Gravidário em que participei em que muitas das outras participantes fizeram menção aos re犀利士 ceios que tinham, recordo “a dor”, e o quanto “as histórias” ou as pessoas pouco positivas as assombravam.

Depois de muito pensar e ponderar, contactei-a por volta das 35 semanas e voltei a expor a minha experiência de parto anterior, no questionário inicial e novamente na primeira sessão. Recordo também a questão que me colocou relativamente ao local do parto, à qual respondi que “precisava “fazer as pazes” com o local onde o primeiro parto tinha decorrido”.
Após a experiência deste parto percebi que afinal precisava de “fazer as pazes” comigo mesma e acima de tudo acreditar em mim, nas minhas capacidades.
Agradeço o seu acompanhamento e agradeço sobretudo o caminho que percorre com grávidas e agora profissionais no sentido de oferecer às mulheres o seu lugar no parto dos seus filhos, dando-lhes a confiança que nem sempre têm.”
